John McCain, Sarah Palin and their supporters have lashed out at Barack Obama for his association with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN). However, in a press release, ACORN pointed out that McCain himself was the keynote speaker at an ACORN-sponsored rally on February 20, 2006. When confronted with this embarrassing fact on the Fox News Channel, McCain-Palin spokesman Sean Hannity dealt with it directly…after a period of letting others speak, he changed the subject.
