Name: Lomaloma, Penjamini
Current Position: Charge d'Affaires
Penijamini Ravulolo Tuikubulau Lomaloma or Peni, as he is known, assumed the position of chargé d’affaires at the Fijian Embassy in the United States on June 20, 2007.
 
Lomaloma earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration from the University of the South Pacific, a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Studies from the Joint Services Staff College in Canberra, Australia, and a Diploma in Civil Military Strategy for Internal Development from the United States Air Force Special Operations School in Florida.
 
Lomaloma is a member of the Reserves of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces and saw active service with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon in 1983.
 
In 1987, he served as Senior Consumer Affairs Officer with the Consumer Council of Fiji. In 1989 Lomaloma was a Trainee Intelligence Analyst with the Joint Intelligence Center of the Office of the Prime minister. The following year, he settled in at the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration, and was the Principal Administrative Officer in charge of security forces.
 
Stationed in North America, Lomaloma also serves as Fiji’s acting High Commissioner to Canada.
